Upon completing the initial meeting with the client we create a concept and story for their brand that will fall in line with their needs. This segment is crucial, as it will be used as a baseline for the brand's identity.
After the initial meeting we will receive a brief from the client expressing their needs, preferences, examples and possible restrictions. We then send 3 logo proposals to be examined by the client. Upon selecting the logo of their choice, we allow 3 back and forth communications for any amendments or other requirements.

Design and development of a webpage based on the uniquely designed template of Branding My Practice. Upon discussion with he client where basic needs and preferences are expressed, clients will select a template for their webpage. Each template is based on 4-6 pre-determined layouts of which each page within the website will adhere to; homepage, contact page, services pages etc.
When designing the website we will make any required amendments to the code of the selected template so as to tune the look-and-feel of the website to the preferences of the client. The second stage requires the induction of the client’s content (passages, photos, videos), with the final stage being that of publishing the website.

When it comes to visual content we have three options that can be mixed and matched a) Use of photobanks, b) Use of pre-existing images c) Photoshoot upon request. In case of selecting point c), this package only includes the photoshoot costs but no additional costs for the photographer such as travel costs (if necessary).
If the client wishes to revamp their website's content, we will discuss what aspects of the site they need to change/edit/add/remove so as to begin the transformation process.

Following the initial meeting whereby the needs and preferences of the client are discussed, our company’s web designers will design a series of proposals until the find what best suits the needs of the brand.
As soon as the design phase is completed and the mock-ups are converted to HTML code, dynamic aspects in the form of animations, maps, photo galleries etc. are introduced and tested so that they function properly across all browsers and devices (desktop pc, smartphones & tablets).
The final stage requires the creation of the Content Management System (CMS) which allows for the updating of the website by non-specialized individuals, regardless of time or computer that is being used, as long as there is an internet connection.
